Return Policy

TTMCanvas offers a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at tomer.mironi164@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if any, are not refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To order a different item, please return the original item according to this policy and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, production may already have started and cancellation may no longer be possible.

European Union

EU customers may have the right to cancel within 14 days in accordance with applicable laws.
